I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The office was easy enough to find.

Just as a side note, the office was easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. I've had two appointments and experienced excessive waiting time for both morning appointments. The service is very good once you actually get beyond the waiting room. On the second appointment I waited over 2 1/2 hours beyond my scheduled appt time and had to leave without seeing the doctor because I was told there would be another 30 to 45 minute wait. The staff was apologetic but I still wasted half of my work day and did not get to see the doctor.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I would refer any of my friends or family here. Dr. Anderson has shared with us his interest in the community. He and his wife, also a physician have great chair-side skills. I was referred by their office for specialty care which has resulted in another successful provider/patient relationship. Their staff, especially Miss Pam are great and make an effort to provide excellent professional care.
