I was very pleased to see that the beautiful office and equipment were state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that all their systems were so advanced. On my first visit, I was immediately greeted by 2 smiling faces and several other friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I've been back 3 times. I love that they are always on time, more than happy to answer my questions and address all my medical and cosmetic needs. Dr. Eidelman always makes me feel cared for. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited, but not here. It's like I went to see my friends.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
