Dr Baeuerle has a terrible manner and disposition. She seemed annoyed and angry and was very b****y

She asked me the reason for the visit and I told her I had several things I wanted to address. Her reply was well let's just focus on the pressing ones today. I responded by saying that my insurance was going to end in a week and that I would like to cover all concerns. She said you have horrible insurance (Empire BC/BS through Healthy NY). I responded, saying that it had been a blessing for me to have it because I had been on unemployment last year when I got the insurance and was so happy to have affordable coverage. She barely let me finish my sentence when she more angrily said it's terrible insurance. I again said that I was helped a lot by it and she said, "well it doesn't help me at all". What's so strange is that she is a participating provider so...go figure.

I decided to just move the appointment along and showed her the things I was concerned about. She was dismissive, argumentative and basically just shut me down on all counts. I don't think she is very knowledgeable on cutting edge as well as some tried and true treatments. She obviously didn't want to be dealing with me (I'm guessing because of my insurance). I had had enough at this point and just looked at her and said, I'm leaving, you're not helpful at all and I'm sorry I wasted 20 dollars on the visit and she said okay fine bye!

I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely, they were an expert!

I went to Dr. Baeuerle when I was in my early twenties and did not care for her bedside manner- and hadnt gone back until this sumer. I haven't seen a dermatologist in almost 10 years and wanted to get an overall body check since I am very fair. Sh did not even bother to look at me. I had to be mortified and took off my gown asking her about certain things I had on me (off the top of my head). When i showed her something on my side- said replied, "its a wart, from aging. Youre not getting any younger". She must have said this to me eat least 3 times. FYI I am 29 years old. When she looked at my side she remained about 2 feet away from me; not a good look at all! I have come to find out that the "wart" she claimed was not that at all. It was psoriasis. That annoyed me because it could have easily have been a more life-threatening thing that she did not take the time to look at. I do not trust this doctor and wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. Shame on her!

the office went out of their way to be very sympathetic re. my situation. The doctor was very knowledgeable and qualified. I felt so reassured by the doctor. Dr baeuerle treated me quickly and efficiently, and the best was that it was all so pain free. Everyone in my community knows that she is the absolute best in the field and i agree whole heartedly..By the way my kid brother is seeing her for acne and she is working miracles on him

Felt that the staff was very unprofessional and wasn't impressed by Dr Baeuerle bedside manner, she comes off as cold and uninterested. While ultimately the purpose in my visit is to remedy my condition, professionalism and courtesy can make all the difference. I would not recommend her and will not be returning.
