No stars for this office... I did not get to see Dr. Flashner but I needed t be seen ASAP, as I have Lupus. I have been having a skin problem that is most probably folliculitis. The biggest concern was a possible staph infection. Therefore, cultures and biopsies should have been done. And my PCP advised that a nose swab was to be taken as well. This would also show indication of a staph infection. I was to see the NP... and I was ok with that, as I was told she would be able to do all that I had mentioned above. After walking into the office, rundown and unclean... I waited over an hour... with no other patients in the waiting area. The receptionist told me that she had stepped out for a moment and would be right back. An hour later I was brought into the exam room. After talking with the MA who asked me all questions necessary, the NP came in 10 minutes later and asked why I was here. Don't they go over the chart before seeing the patient, I once again repeated why I was there, having to reiterate that I suffer with LUPUS. She didn't know that. I explained that the welts I have been dealing with for over a month now have healed some, but I had a few that were still painful and quite visible. She barely looked at them, didn't try to take a culture... and even if they were healing, a biopsy would have worked She then injected them with some steroids (didn't help on bit) and refused to do a nasal swab. I asked her 3 times to do the swab, but she did not feel it was necessary. Even after I told her that is what my PCP wanted done to rule out staph, she refused. So I left there with none of the proper tests performed, barely being examined and totally frustrated. I don't know how the actual doctor s, but I would never go back to the office, Im out a co-pay and left with no course of treatment or diagnosis.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
