I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

The office staff was very rude. They made it seem like I was bothering them by asking them questions. I will not return to office again.
