I think it's weird this "survey" creates a "draft" review for people. If you're too lazy to write what you really think, then don't do the survey!

That being said, I've been to this office one time. Dr. Colonna seemed hurried, but answered my questions and gave me what I wanted - I did my research before I arrived. Had he been more welcoming, I probably would have asked more questions about general skin care, but I felt like he wasn't there for people with general skincare issues, and probably wanted something more challenging like extreme eczema or something.

His staff was nice enough, and took care of my paperwork very efficiently. The building and office could definitely use some major updating, though.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. The nursing staff is really helpful and well informed. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Lacked concern, rushed & arrogant (both visits) 1st visit w/Dr. Colonna. 2nd visit, saw PA - more concerned & no rush. 3rd visit w/Colonna (giving the benefit of the doubt) - again, lacked concern & rushed - I also felt rushed and he was not interested in anything I had to say or my concerns. He hadn't addressed 2 of the 3 reasons my primary care doctor indicated on referral. I brought it to his attention. And even then, the nonchalant attitude. Very dissatisfied w/Dr. Colonna's uncaring & quality of care during both visits. I will "not" recommend him at all. At this point, I don't think he has what it takes to be a doctor. Someone may need to let the air out of his bubble - very very arrogant disposition. His behavior reflects poorly on the Institution of which he is attached. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family.
