Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They were able to answer my questions both on the phone and in the office, but are extremely grouchy and mean. The Doctor himself is friendly and fast.
It upset me that he moved from Dupont to MD, as this is quite a commute.

Tom Keahey is one of the best dermatologists in the DC area. My only complaint is that he's partly retired and closed his DC office so that I now have to traispe out to Mongomery Village to see him. Also, his office staff is a little dotty which can be frustrating.
