Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
