One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
