I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
