They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
