The front office girl is rude and unhelpful. The nurses are great. The Dr. barely looked up from his chart, asked minimal questions and was very cold and did not attempt to engage in conversation. Also did not answer my questions. I wanted a bump removed and he seemed mad that I wanted to do it that day as he was running almost two hours behind. Not my fault! I should not have to come back and pay another co-pay when I am already there simply because he overbooked his day. I have just moved to the area and will not go to him again. I will drive the 4 hours back to my hometown next time I need a dermatologist. I felt like dirt to him since he couldn't even bring himself to say hi or sorry for the wait. Not impressed at all. It's sad that there are no other dermatologists in Elko so he gets all of the business.

Gross treated me for rosacea for 4-years. Went to another doctor who diagnosed my skin problem as a rash and gave me a prescription that cleared my skin in three week. Either Gross cannot tell the difference between rosacea and a rash, which make him incompetent, or he treated me for 4-years for wrong diagnosis, which makes him dishonest.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

The staff is constantly changing and at times, very rude and hasty. I feel like an inconvenience to them every time I'm in there along with the packed waiting room. The wait is always ridiculous. Dr. Gross barely looks up from his prescriptions to look at my skin and never has spent time answering my questions. He flat out told me that my Naturalpathic physician doesn't know what she is talking about (pertaining to my skin). Well, she also has a background in Dermatology and at least she doesn't prescribe me the same ineffective medications every time!

I didn't consider their waiting area chairs to be too comfortable.It is a small waiting room and overbooked with people. I would have preferred to wait outside in the cold wind and snow. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business is. Although, I did not feel safe or comfortable with them at all.
