They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

I can never get in touch with the office. Last time it took me 3 weeks to get them to call in my Rx, and they didn't leave any refills so I am now dealing with it all over again. Like the doctor - do NOT like the staff. They also never call me back whenever I leave a message.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I've been seeing Dr. Gonzalez for years. The first time in 1998. For convenience reasons, I left Dr. Gonzalez and went to another endocrinologist, who I was unhappy with. So then I tried a 3rd person, who I also didn't like. In fact, I tried so many endocrinologists that I ran out of people to go to. In the end, I went back to Dr. Gonzalez and have been happy as his patient for many years now. I have no desire to switch doctors, and I recommend Dr. Gonzalez to anyone needing an endocrinologist.
