They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. It's so much better than other optometrists I've been to. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

He provided me with a very accurate description of my mother's problem which turned out to be an emergency-averted. I took the immediate steps to get the problem corrected. Dr. Pollack remained in touch with us throughout. Good attitude with the patient and the family, as well.

This is some eye doctor. A few weeks ago, he was doing a consultation in the Bronx on one of my family members -- a relatively new patient of his. This doctor spoke with me on the telephone and told me that he wanted to get a second opinion, the sooner the better.

All I can say, with due respect to the privacy of the patient, is that this is a good doctor who knows what he is saying.

When Dr. Pollack says "Get a second opinion." just do it. He is the type of doctor who will follow-up, too.
