Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

My entire family has been with this optometrist for 20 years, and he is excellent.
Very professional, keeps up with advancements, and has been available on extremely short notice for emergency issues. I highly recommend him.
