All of Dr. Scheg's office is knowledgeable and courteous. They're great people with a lot of know-how and are considerate of my eye care needs.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Dr. Scheg took the time to answer my questions to insure that I was informed.

Yes, I was freezing

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
