Dr. FIgler is very informative and knowledgeable about not just your eye exam but eye related health issues. I have been going to his office for years and my children too. Sometime you have to wait a little while for your appointment if a patient needs more time but I don't mind; if I was a patient needing additional time, I would appreciate the fact he doesn't hurry his appointments. His staff are always cheerful and very attentive.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Worst experience of my life....is he a licensed doctor???
