The prescription that they gave me for my glasses and contacts was completely wrong. I had blurry vision until it was fixed. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.

I came to this Dr last summer as a new patient, just to get a new prescription. Turned out I had a somewhat serious eye problem (corneal neovascularization) but somehow he couldn't tell me any information on it. So after bursting out in tears when he told me I had a HORRIBLE eye condition that was one of the WORST things an eye Dr could see, he gave me an encyclopedia of eye conditions so I could read about it myself. While he left the room. He told me not to wear contacts, and that was about it. Then went to my old eye Dr and immediately received an explanation of what was going on and why it wasn't that scary.
I'm sure he's satisfactory if you just need to get a prescription, but he doesn't handle anything else very well.
And he says weird things.
