My optometrist of 10 years retired recently and I wasnt a huge fan of his replacement so I was forced to try a new optometrist this month. A friend reccomended Dr. Crowder to me (the associate at Dr. Dzik's) and I scheduled the appointment. The first thing I noticed was how prompt he was, he was courteous and funny at times, while he explained in great detail, all the procedures and reasons for them. I was really impressed with how caring he was in walking me through what he was actually looking for. He really stands apart from other Doctors I have seen in that he wanted to make sure I knew what he was really doing. It made me feel a LOT better about scheduling an eye exam every year, now that I understand why it's necessary. I THOROUGHLY enjoyed my visit with Dr. Crowder and he comes highly recommended from the Smith household.
