When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. I was impressed from the first moment I entered for my appointment and sat in their very comfortable waiting room chairs.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

When I went to pick up my glasses the lenses were wrong. I had to hold my head back to see at a distance which was going to be awkward. I should say I have been going here since I moved here with my family 4 years ago so I felt like they would have treated me better. Instead the tech just kept putting them on my face for me and moving them down my nose. I said that is not where I am used to wearing them. I was apologizing to her and I was the customer. FINALLY after about 20 minutes she said well I suppose we will have to reorder them... sigh. Then the next time I went in to have my sunglasses adjusted she was there and gave me the cold shoulder. Also Dr Winston has been rushing through exams the last couple times I have been there. I am online right now looking for a new eye doctor. I will not be going back there.

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

No, there was no annoying music
