Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I was very impressed. They've never used foul language, They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
