Staff and Dr appear professional enough. They can be somewhat helpful and accommodating after you spend extra time to visit a little with them. But I think their prices are way unreasonable. It was my own fault I misunderstood the price for a contact trial. I thought they told me $175 in addition to the other costs...exams or whatever. Well they charge is $450, way more than anyone should pay for a contact trial!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
