Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
No, it is their way or the highway
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
I had to wait for a little while.

Most of the staf was "awkward" - they didn't know how to communicate or carry on a conversation with a mid-20-year-old. The first lady couldn't operate all of the equipment. The doctor was HORRIBLE - He tried to sell me a bunch of products ("soft contacts make your vision worse, try gas permeable!" "your multi-vitamin isn't working, try the ones I sell!") and I don't think he really listened. He tried to tell me how it was MY fault my eyesight was getting worse when any logical person would know its GENETICS. The ONLY GOOD PERSON WAS THE FRAMES SPECIALLY. SHE WAS AWESOME!!!
I really wish I has gone elsewhere and I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I really feel like the doctor didn't know what he was doing and was only trying to sell me stuff =/ He sort of listened but couldn't answer my questions about how gas permeable lenses are better or why soft contacts are "bad".
Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better, where the people are FRIENDLY, they can operate their equipment, they don't try to sell you products, and they LISTEN AND HELP

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable
