had all the exams for surgery, went to be examined by HIS surgeon, had my pre-op certification exam - and then does he send that exam to the surgeon - NO - so i am not scheduled for surgery and have to re-schedule with a major surgery - where i am going to have to go into Adler's office and force them to send the exam - and hey, its a leg injury!
