The front desk staff is horrible. They are rude on the phone, fight with each other (really nasty), and don't take credit cards or checks like EVERY OTHER DOC'S OFFICE DOES. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
I am leaving Dr. Gottesfeld's practice because his ancillary staff is rude and disrespectful. A secretary calls me with results, not even a nurse!!!! I love him as a doc, but how the office is run, I'm surprised more people have transferred docs.
