I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Never, they are very reliable.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
