Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
