They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Alex is the best doctor I have seen in Beckley. He is intelligent, very thorough, listens to all my concerns, and includes me in the decision making. I also recommend his wife also at the practice for the children -- same as above - excellent!!

I am very thankful that they were recommended. I have further started taking my children there and my children love them. Both doctors are good, they know you by name, they make the effort to make you feel comfortable, and not like you dont know naything. They do what is asked, and do a lot of research if needed. They work together and I am glad that I have found them. These 2 are the best doctors i have been to or seen in a very long time.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
They did not have a record of a previous visit that I had with them and that concerns me in regards to the safety and privacy of my medical information.
