They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Remeber the days when you wanted to talk to your doctor and they were rushing out to see another patient? Need a fair doctor that not only listens to you, but make sure your health care is top notch? Well, guess what, I found that doctor! I am a patient of Dr. Gross and I will follow her to the end of the earth. She returns phone calls, she SITS down and talks to her patients to see what is going on and she takes the time to understand your problem. I have had surgery under another doctor and she made sure to "check" up on me. My OB and Dr. Gross kept in touch during my entire recovery period to make sure everyone was on the same page. She can explain to me what has been done in the past years, fuss at me because of something I have not done correctly or my labs were not good and at the same time be a doctor. If you need a good old fashion, I care about my patients, and not in a waiting room (unless there is an emergency. There has been instances where I waited for awhile, but there was a situation that had to be taken care of and those days of not waiting out number my days waiting) for hours, then check out Dr. Gross, I promise you will not be disappointed (and I have had my share of doctors in Orangeburg, SC). My next step was Columbia, until I found Dr. Gross.
