Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their prices were very fair. The level of care is outstanding. The staff is very professional. I am blessed to have a Dr. like Dr. McCraw.
