Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

The office staff is rude and unprofessional. The Dr makes you wait forever. If you have the slightest problem , she will not discuss over phone, wants you to come back into office to spend more money. Tries a number of medications on you that you don't need. Charges additional expenses money over the insurance charge without explanation. I CHANGED DOCTORS. WILL NEVER USE DR BARNWELL AGAIN
