They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office?

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
