They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I knew my car was safe because there are plenty of spaces and are close to the entrance. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I know I can always count on them. I always have good experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, and the wait is not long. I have never had any negative experiences here. Dr Battle is a wonderful provider and I am confident of his care.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
