Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
