They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
