They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Dr. Kosobucki is a very personable doctor with an excellent staff. I would encourage anybody seeking a family care provider in the area to give him a call.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.

I came to Dr. Kosobucki because I injured my knee and hip. I asked for a wheelchair because I was having so much trouble walking and I don't have the support of my coworkers and family in getting around. I have problems with my hands so crutches are hard for me.
His notes state that he believes I'm a 'malinger', which means that I'm lying and making everything up for attention. His reasons? I've agreed to have knee surgery and I don't take my pain medicine and I went to the beach. I expressed to him that I'm allergic to the pain medicine and I went to the beach for my best friends bachelorette party and was miserable because of the pain the whole time, but he still thinks that I'm a liar.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
