They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

This Dr. is a " my way or the highway " type of Dr. He is a hypocrite of the worst magnitude. He has absolutely no sympathy for someone in pain and so, I would strongly advise anyone to find a more practical,caring Dr. He will "throw you under the bus" just when you need him the most.
