Their staff is very friendly and professional. Dr Waters not only answered all of my questions, he was attentive, took time to understand my concernes and was willing to incorporate both traditional and non traditional modalities of treatment; Very pleasant, very intelligent.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
