Dr Moore is a fine Dr who I have had for a number of years. Why I will be changing Dr's is his TERRIBLE staff. I have to wait on hold for 5 minutes to finally get to someone who yawns in my ear then tells me nothing is availble. No options, no help. I was so dissapointed in this person I called back, talked to a different woman and got the exact same amount of concern....NONE. His staff is the worst. THE WORST. A shame really, now I have to find a new Doctor.
