They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Made me wait for over an hour without any apology or acknowledgment. Rudest receptionist I have ever met! Very disappointed!
