They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
