I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
