I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. And their phone service is set up really poorly so you can't speak to anyone and just have to keep calling back and over and over. Not the kind of service i want form my a doctor!
