They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

They treat both myself and my husband and have always been
very courteous and will work with you on paperwork and appointments.
Dr. Engwersen always takes the time to talk to you and discuss any
concerns. I have only good things to say about them.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
