Dr Potts takes care of me as a WHOLE body and mind. He itakes his time asks excellent questions about my health and my life as a single divorced mom. He is understanding professional and caring. I felt better leaving his office than I have in a long time. To that point the support staff is excellent as well. Dr Potts is an excellent professional doctor.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was acknowledged by all employees in a very professional and friendly manner. All tests and tests results were discussed and explained. Dr. Potts always takes time to discuss any and all concerns - he never makes you feel rushed or as if you are wasting his time.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
