They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
