Never, they are very reliable.

Dr. Antonio Paras is a good doctor. His staff, in particular - Debbie, which is a secretary or adminstrative assistant is VERY rude and incosiderate. I called a few weeks ago asking questions and seeing if I had to come in for a visit before my perscription was renewed and I was told I did not have to. In the meantime, I called in asking they send my perscription to my pharmacy and was told I now needed to come in. My perscription ends Monday, their hours of availablity are TERRIBLE, and now I'm going to be left out to dry without my perscription which is very important to my health because Debbie hung up on my TWICE without letting me explain my situation and without being able to explain what I was told 2 weeks ago. She kept talking over me, and hung up on me twice. I have now called for the 5th time in 2 hours, and am STILL waiting for a call back to see how "caring" they really are.
Debbie, if you don't like your job, helping patients that need help, and are miserable, get another job and get out of a field where you have to be considerate, caring, and have great listening skills.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
