One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important.
