They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
