No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
